Despite the danger, and lack of power, we went anyway. Corey was very helpful despite his own issues with power and lack of cell service. The place was perfect for us even though we had to use flashlights. Gas stove and hot water were key. People in the Hendersonville/Asheville area are hardy and just get on with the job. The location is a short walk to a park, and a few casual eateries. The only thing that fell short was that the water line to the freezer was not connected so there was no operable ice maker nor water dispenser. Not a big deal, but we couldn't locate any ice trays or a pitcher to fill and cool water ourselves. Traveling with 3 little ones, we appreciated the games that were available.
