We had a problem with the downstairs heating. He was in the unit upon arrival replacing the thermostat. That prove not to be the problem. He had the fireplace on already. When he was unable to fix the heating he provided space heaters to get us through the night. Next morning the heating/AC technician came out and repaired the furnace. This was a great feat to pull off since we arrived on Black Friday. John was quick to respond and provided updates.We are planning to visit again soon. ##### Ganaris S. The place was huge and accommodated all 7 of us with room to spare. The place was clean and well maintained. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. It was perfect for our family--everything we needed and about an .8 mile to all the wonderful places to visit and dine in Hendersonville. We arrived early and the host let us put our luggage and food in the house while it was being cleaned so that we could begin our adventuring right away. Several times he brought things over to the house and was always quick to reply to our requests.
