Our kids locked us out of a bedroom and the management helped talk us throigh it right away. Surprisingly, the giant house was also able to stay cool on very hot days. Cons: After booking on vrbo we got hit with a massive fees (about 1600 for weekend) that I did not see until it was too late to cancel - so that too-good-to-be-true price? Yes - it was. If I had a larger budget I'd definitely stay her annually, but that cleaning fee may be cost prohibabtive. ##### Allison G.
