A washer and dryer are available. It is a beautiful well maintained house. There is some noise due to a walking trail being constructed beside the house. But that will go away when the walking trail is completed. It a bit difficult to get in and out of the driveway due to an intersection and there is traffic noise.You have to be patient when leaving. But we feel the house made up for that. There is a front porch with seating and a back deck. There are 3 tvs with Roku.
