You will have access to the firepit only for this listing. The hot tub is reserved for use by the other side's guests only. \- We have done our best to soundproof, but as there is shared wall, there is potential for noise from guests staying next door. Please send me a message if you would like to book the entire cabin. 2\. ROUGH TERRAIN As our home is situated on the side of the mountain, there is rough terrain especially during inclement weather. A 4x4 or SUV is recommended. We strongly advise against bringing sedans or smaller vehicles as there is potential for damage. We are not liable for damage to any vehicles. 3\. WILDLIFE POLICY \*\*1\.
