### The Croft is a beautiful four bedroom detached retreat near Coverack.

The Croft combines exquisite characterful features with all the modern luxuries, framed by the sublime cove and sheltered harbour of Coverack. Here, it's about sea swims at the bottom of your garden, hot tub soaks and today’s catch cooked on the Big Green Egg barbecue.  
  
First glance:  
Sitting pretty on the rugged Cornish shoreline, The Croft is all about slow, sumptuous coastal living.  
Timeless in style, with marble pillars and a stone balustrade terrace where you can while away hours gazing out across the ocean.  
Private footpath at the bottom of the garden directly onto the sand and pebble beach.  
Period features throughout the interiors including wood parquet flooring, an oak staircase and a reclaimed marble floor in the conservatory.  
Sleep to the sounds of the waves, with dreamy sea views from most rooms.  
  
Unwind:  
Comfy living room with sea views, cosy log burner, Smart TV, Sonos speakers and patio doors opening up to the garden terrace, with large comfy outdoor sofa.  
Pretty conservatory room with sea views, an additional space to relax adjoined to the dining/kitchen space.  
  
Feast:  
Fully equipped kitchen with an electric Aga, induction hob and dishwasher. Extra space in the pantry with American fridge. Extras such as Sage coffee machine and Ninja blender.  
Dining area with large round table seating eight, positioned next to the French doors with a sea view.  
  
Sleep:  
Master bedroom on the first floor with superking size bed, walk in wardrobe and French doors to a private balcony with ocean views and antique French tiles. Ensuite with freestanding bath, walk in rainfall shower.  
Second bedroom on the first floor with king size bed and French doors to a private balcony, also with ocean views. En-suite with walk in rainfall shower.  
Third bedroom on the first floor with superking size bed and sea views. Ensuite with walk in rainfall shower.  
Fourth bedroom on the second floor with superking zip and link bed (can be made into two singles), walk in wardrobe and sea views. Ensuite with freestanding bath with shower overhead.  
  
Bask:  
Spacious landscaped garden across three levels, leading down to the ocean. Plants and trees provide shade and privacy.  
Stone patio with outdoor furniture for lounging and Big Green Egg barbecue with integrated table (charcoal provided).  
Grass lawn, sun loungers and hot tub overlooking the water.  
Lower garden with swinging egg chair and gated access to the beach.

Please note, children must be supervised in the lower garden, as it gives access to the beach.   
Please note the steps down to the beach are uneven and there is a 2 metre drop down at the bottom.
