The code didn't always work the first time it was put in (even though the light was green) and there were a few stains in the bathroom. The room was a good size, coffee and a refrigerator were very welcome. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having two luggage racks. Our only complaint was that the windows don’t open for fresh air and the room was stuffy and too warm overnight, in spite of it being quite cold outside. I was initially worried that it would be stuffy in the room as you can't open the windows but that wasn't true. In fact the windows are extremely quiet. There was never any noise from outside. People refer to the room as ship cabin like and I agree. Split double bed, nice bathroom and an actual eating table and small refrigerator and microwave were nice. Very close to the train station and one block to the tram. You use the code to get in the building, elevator, and your room so actually it felt quite safe. Location was fantastic.
