Escape to this beautifully restyled, stately villa at Cape Helius Holiday Park—just 2 km from the historic fortified center of Hellevoetsluis and only 6 km from the golden beaches of the North Sea. With its grand design and harbour-side setting, this villa is ideal for families or friends seeking both relaxation and coastal charm. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room filled with natural light and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and combination microwave. The villa features four thoughtfully designed bedrooms with cozy box-spring beds that can be configured as doubles or singles, including one ground-floor bedroom and three upstairs. With three bathrooms—one with a traditional sauna and one with a soothing bathtub—plus a separate guest toilet, everyone has their own space to relax. Whether you're unwinding in the sauna or soaking in the tub, comfort is at the heart of your stay. Please note, balconies are temporarily closed for maintenance, but there's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Step outside to your private terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers—perfect for sunny mornings or evening drinks. The villa is located near a lively marina where you’ll find harborside cafés, fresh seafood restaurants, and lovely walking paths along the water. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a calm and allergen-free environment.
