Bathroom with shower and toilet, bedroom with a comfortable double bed. In the studio on the top floor there is a living / sleeping area with views of the North Sea by the panoramic roof window and access to the roof terrace with views of the lighthouse and the dunes. Fi, a TV and radio / docking station to see available. Bed linen and towels are included and will be changed for longer stays. There are washing machines and dryers available for a fee (coins) in the basement. Gate to the sea is a new construction project with 26 residential units. All apartments have either a terrace, balcony or terrace, high-quality furnishings, underfloor heating and controlled ventilation. Several apartments are available as a holiday apartment for rent to guests. On a neighboring property is currently a construction site. The area is prepared for the installation of residential buildings in modular construction. Sehr ruhig; nur der Wind rauscht stetig meist von Nordwesten. In wenigen Metern ist man direkt bei der Vogelwarte und dem Klippenrandweg. Ein kleiner Edeka Laden, der aber alles zu bieten hat ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar; ebenfalls der Inselbäcker und verschiedene Restaurants und Bars des Oberlands. Bequem in 20 Minuten Entfernung Fußweg liegen Promenade und Häfen. ##### Andreas K.
