It's a shared walkway, with a small table and 2 chairs, that block the doors to the rooms when people are seated. There is no barbecue grill. Really in need of an upgrade.We had to step over vomit to get to our room. The neighbor poured water on it to "clean" it off. It felt very much like party central for a couple nights.The location is awesome. You can walk anywhere in town. It was great for getting around after renting the golf cart. They are pet friendly.
