Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. Any white towels with stains will incur an additional charge of $10 per towel. If you grill out, make sure the grill is clean and no food is left. Cover the grill after use. 10\. \*\*Furniture:\*\* The Guest agrees not to move any furniture. Any necessary furniture adjustments by the Host will result in an additional fee of $275. 11\. \*\*BBQ Grille:\*\* The guest must ensure the BBQ grille is cleaned. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to celebrate our friend getting married. The host was amazing and so accommodating and we could not have asked for a better location. The downstairs bedroom was a suite with full fridge and microwave and living room and dining table. Everything we needed was in the cabin including firewood and cleaning supplies. Very clean cabin. Lovely home with plenty of room. Home was stocked with every possible item you could need. Upon arrival there was a very thoughtful card and gift. My grandchildren loved the game room. The 5 year old was the happiest. The little room upstairs was the highlight of her trip. The location to downtown Helen was very convenient. Super clean place. Easy check in. It was exactly as described and we had a wonderful visit. We have college students in TN and UGA and this was the best place for us to meet to hike, enjoy family time, and celebrate Thanksgiving. This was our third year in a row visiting Helen over Labor Day weekend and this was by far the best stay. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with the essentials and more. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with when we had any questions and we will definitely be back! ##### Chris W.
