The host and staff are exceptional: pleasant and professional, very communicative, very clean and beautiful home, and were absolutely pivotal to our having a great time in Helen GA! We had been on this vacation roadtrip for awhile, and had not had the best experiences with some of the hotels, but this rental, and Stephen and his staff, and Jessica, helped our vacation turn a corner. We cannot thank them enough. If we come back through here again, we will be trying for this place. And our small, well-behaved dog just LOVES Jessica!
