Sep 5, 2025 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Listing accuracy Die Bilder, die bei der Anzeige reingesetzt wurden waren vielversprechend und wunderschön,deswegen wollten wir unbedingt dahin. Leider wurden wir bei der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht, denn in der Anzeige/ Beschreibung war nicht offensichtlich das unsere Unterkunft ein alter 11 geschossiger Plattenbau ist. Um an diesen Orten zugelangen,von wo die Bilder waren, musste man min.eine halbe Stunde laufen (mit Kindern etwas länger). Die Wohnung selber war wie in der Beschreibung passend und auch für eine vier köpfige Familie ausreichend (mehr dürften es allerdings nicht sein). Was unangenehm war,da es ein sehr großer Wohnkomplex war,dass alle jeglichen Gerüche, sei es vom kochen, Zigarettenqualm etc. in unsere kleine Wohnung gezogen sind. Gerade für Nichtraucher sehr unangenehm. Ausserdem war der Lärmpegel, der zum Teil bis in die Nacht ging, ebenfalls unangenehm.Der Ferienpark selber ist auch sehr alt und marode. Einige Geschäftsräume, die schon seit längerem geschlossenen sind, verfallenen vor sich hin, was nicht sehr ansehnlich aussieht. Wir sind nicht extrem anspruchsvoll, aber unsere Erwartungen, die zum Teil für die Bilder sprachen wurden nicht erfüllt und schweren Herzens sind wir auch zwei Tage früher abgereist. Die Damen in der Verwaltung, als auch die Eigentümerin dieser Wohnung waren super nett und engagiert. Wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten, wurden wir bestens geholfen. ##### Pia G. Zu Viert gäbe es arge Probleme. Vorallem, weil es an Ablagemöglichkeiten und Handtuchhaltern fehlt. In der Küchennische ist ein Hängeschrank zu viel oder ungünstig angebracht. Hängt einfach im Weg beim Abwaschen. Resultat ist eine Beule am Kopf! Große Trinkgläser fehlen. Der bunte Sessel ist zu viel, nimmt zu viel Platz weg, auch weil er unbequem ist. Das Appartment wahr sehr schön und gepflegt. Genau so schön wie auf den Bildern - keinerlei Abweichungen. Sogar an Details wie Ersatzglühbirnen und Kerzen wurde gedacht. Wir haben den Blick aus dem 6\. Stock auf den Binnensee sehr genossen. Kleinere Instandhaltungs Empfehlungen würden wie gerne geben: die Schrauben der Garderobe sollten bei Gelegenheit mal nachgezogen werden und die Steckdose hinten rechts vorm Fenster ist defekt.
