The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining nook. There are also 2 showers/WC and a double hand-basin on this level, complete with floor heating. Upstairs on the top floor, you'll discover a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 2 double bedrooms, and an exit leading to a balcony.
