Everything is very high quality and modern equipped. Location is very quiet and only 20m walking distance from the vineyards! The apartment is located at ground level with a separate entrance in a new building after presentation of Art Nouveau. The house is located on the outskirts of Heilbronn on a traffic-calmed turning plate directly on the nature reserve. The vineyards are within walking distance and only a stone's throw away. The area has a high recreational value and invites you to stroll through the vineyards or to stop off at the brooms, which is located only 300m from the house in the vineyards. Despite the very quiet and relaxing location you are in 5 minutes in the city center and in 15 minutes at the Bundesgartenschau grounds. A bus stop are located within walking distance (5 minutes). Also within walking distance are 2 bakeries, 1 pharmacy, various doctors, 2 hairdressers, a newsagent and an excellent Italian restaurant. Various supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. Even if the house looks old from the outside, the interior was equipped with state-of-the-art technology: underfloor heating with thermostat regulation in all rooms, ventilation system with moisture recovery (entropy), wooden windows with triple glazing, style cassette doors with Art Nouveau brass fittings, hands-free free-lisp video intercom , Oak solid wood parquet oiled in herringbone pattern, barrier-free doors, floor-level walk-in shower with Raindance shower, high quality Villeroy & Boch bathroom ceramics, electric shutters and 50 MBit DSL with network connections and private WLAN, car parking space in front of the house. The furniture is modern and new. In the white glossy kitchen are all necessary kitchen utensils including rolling pin and baking pan. There is a fridge with a separate freezer. The stove with ceramic hob even offers a pyrolysis function (self-cleaning). The Sharp 49 "TV also has streaming capabilities and is connected to the internet. They receive all programs broadcast on the satellite Astra. The apartment offers RJ45 network connections and WiFi at a speed of 50 Mbps. From the kitchen you can also reach the spacious terrace with a small green part. Wooden garden furniture with cushions are located in the storage room. The bedroom offers a sleeping possibility for 2 persons. For washing and drying you can use the utility room, which is located on the same floor but outside the apartment. Parking is also in Heilbronn in short supply. Due to the location on a turntable with fire protection zone is the parking space, which offers space for 2 vehicles (only 1 parking space is included in the rent), a great advantage. If you have any questions about Heilbronn, Mosbach or the region then I am at your disposal at any time, as I myself live in the house on the upper floor. Die Infos von Herrn Kupfer vorab bzgl CheckIn usw waren detailliert und verständlich und haben keine Fragen offen gelassen, wodurch der CheckIn reibungslos (uns kontaktlos) funktioniert hat. Auch hat Herr Kupfer uns vorab noch Empfehlungen bzgl Ausflugsziel mit Hund gegeben - diese Empfehlung war hervorragend. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und es ist wirklich an alles gedacht worden. Vom Föhn über kleine Shampoos bis hin zu Kühlakkus im Gefrierfach und Büchern sowie Landkarten usw ist hier wirklich alles vorhanden (lediglich einen 'normalen' Besen und einen Handfeger haben wir nicht gefunden, vielleicht haben wir aber auch nicht richtig geguckt - da ein Staubsauger vorhanden ist, kann dieser genutzt werden). Der Zugang zur Wohnung ist ebenerdig und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Für uns und unsere Hunde war die kleine von einer Mauer umgebene Terrasse mit der Grünfläche ideal. Ich hatte beim buchen erst etwas Angst, dass die Wohnung inkl Außenbereich etwas klein ist und die Mauer für unseren großen Hund im Zweifel zu niedrig wäre, wurde hier aber zum positiven überrascht. Die Wohnung liegt am Ortsrand in einer Sackgasse in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Man ist sofort in den Weinbergen, ist aber ebenfalls schnell in der Innenstadt.
