A beautiful open concept cabin designed to let the outdoors in. Large windows and scenic views wake you in the morning and rock you to sleep at night. The Grateful Moments Cabin is a cozy cabin that is located in the Woods Resort, near Berkeley Springs, WV. Spacious, open concept and perfect for extended vacations. It is less than a 2-hr drive from DC and Baltimore (2.5 hours from Pittsburgh)The resort offers Spa and Salon Services, Sports and Gym equipment, Tennis courts, Racquetball courts, Pickle ball, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming and much More ! The Space: A Master Bedroom Loft offers its own bathroom with jacuzzi tub , large king size comfy bed, smart TV and plenty of scenic views from the outside. The Queen size comfy bedroom is perfectly located on the first floor right next to the main bathroom and also has its own smart TV with a scenic view of the front area of the lot where deer like to gather. Our Kids Room has a twin size roll out bunk bed. The lower bunk rolls away to give more space during the day. This room also offers its own dedicated work space with a desk that looks out over a magnificent sunrise in the morning. A shared Main Bathroom with tub/Shower is perfect for any family member and is conveniently located on the first floor. We also provide all the towels and toiletries you need for your stay. A Washer and Dryer is located on the main floor and is available for use. A fully stocked Kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, wine glasses, cooking utensils, flatware, coffee maker, toaster and much more! We ensure you have everything you need to cook up a masterpiece for yourself ,family and friends. Located just inside the front entrance is our fantastic Game Room that includes a 6 foot Pool table/Ping pong table, Foosball Table, Vending Machine, Smart TV, Many Board Games, Cornhole accessories, Cards and tons more to ensure you always have entertainment and family fun at your fingertips. On the Back Deck you can lounge back and enjoy the sounds of nature while soaking up the sun, jump in the hot Tub for a warm soaking experience or fire up the grill and whip up a tasty meal. The owners are very responsive, answering our text messages almost instantly. The home is very cozy. Everyone said they slept well in their comfortable beds. The older teens loved the pool table and TV set up in the game room. They took advantage of the vending machine for late night snacks, too. We all enjoyed the deck, hot tub, fire pit, and corn hole game. Most of our spare time was spent on the deck watching the various wildlife while enjoying the fire table at night or eating our meals. The kids loved the pools, but we did not realize the 6 passes are one-time use, so plan accordingly. We did explore Capacon State Park and used their beach area which was a nice adventure. We wanted to take advantage of the foot golf offered at the resort (soccer style golf) but we ran out of time. The trails around the resort are fun - we loved Devil's Nose the best. The one thing that stood out the most for us is all the amenities! Everything we could have wanted was provided for us - towels, sheets, soaps, spices, COFFEE, dish soap, trash bags, paper products, a bag of ice in the freezer, and a nice welcome gift bag. The only thing we had to use of our own was storage bags! Book this place for a great retreat! You won't regret it. ##### Laurene C. The hot tub is easy to access. The overall maintenance of the property is great. The full kitchen is wonderful. It makes cooking a meal a breeze. We enjoyed the acorns falling from the trees. This was a beautiful cabin that was fully stocked and with some great amenities! We stayed with our 5 kids ages 9-16 and it was perfect. The pool table, hot tub and corn hole were a big hit! We had a few questions and the owners responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The pool and sports complex at the resort was a lot of fun too. We visited Cacapon state park and went horseback riding and did a few hikes, it is a beautiful area to explore. We had another couple stay with us and we had plans around the area, but couldn’t seem to leave the cabin. Such a wonderful place to decompress and disconnect. Plenty of games and entertainment for people of all ages. They are quick to respond and it was very clean.
