All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We prefer to be outside the busyness of Park City. The accommodations, check-in process, and facility, overall, were solid. We did experience one, minor, issue with the condo. The front decorative plate on one of the utensil drawers randomly fell off. The small screws holding the decorative plate onto the drawer were stripped. We informed the property manager via text.
