The views were spectacular and we enjoyed walks in the area. The whole family played ping pong and played pool in the game room and the boys loved swimming, as well. I was able to use the kitchen to cook a simple family dinner and we all ate on the balcony enjoying the weather. The boys loved having their own space that felt separate from their parents. :-) Moose Management was incredibly communicative and responded quickly when I had a question. It’s not until you scroll to the VERY bottom fine print that it says it’s an air mattress and then it wasn’t until I reached out that they informed me the air mattress was outside of the unit in a hallway. The same thing happened with construction at the whole property. I chose a lake view property and my windows and sliding doors to the balcony were tapped up from being painted. There were workers ON the balcony one of the days so we couldn’t even really go out there. And when I confronted the property about it they sent the listing where (again) the very bottom fine print it says the property is renovating. Half the property was fully under construction. I completely understand that it is my responsibility to read the fine print and all of the information. But I believe it was the property managements responsibility to accurately describe the property and what may happen to have issues with it.
