This beautifully appointed property offers a perfect blend of modern elegance and mountain charm, ensuring a memorable stay. Situated within 10 minutes of Main Street and less than 2 miles from the Ross Creek entrance of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this townhome provides easy access to the vibrant Old Town and the serene natural beauty of the reservoir. Hiking and biking trails surround the area, and world-class ski resorts are just a short drive away. This end-unit townhouse boasts 1700 square feet of sophisticated living space. It features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Guests enter through the 2-car garage into the main level living area with comfortable furnishings, a vaulted ceiling, and an open floor plan. Living Room: The living room is adorned with modern decor and stylish furnishings, offering a plush sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and a 65” Hisense Roku Smart TV, while the natural light floods the space. Kitchen: The chef's kitchen is equipped with stylish stone countertops, a center island, stainless steel appliances, including a gas range.
