The house is adorable and the screened in porch was so beneficial because the insects can get annoying. The incline of the yard was not too steep which was good for my elderly father-in-law to be able to get to the dock. And there was an adorable little video game that brought me back to my arcade days! The house is close to everything and the parking pad can fit up to three cars. The lake was wonderful and we had an amazing time. But the best part was that I caught the first bass!! The house provided just what we needed, especially enjoyed the screened porch and water access. The fishing guide picked us up at the dock both days. Everything we needed was there, very comfortable beds, full kitchen, Blackstone grille and a big table. Communicating with Kelly was great, she went out of her way to be sure we had everything. It was the perfect size for our small family of 4 adults. Some in our group enjoyed quiet time on the porch and in the hot tub while others fished off the dock, tried out the SUP and kayak. The house interior was clean and appeared to be recently furnished. One BR (bunks) is on the 1st floor and the other 2 BRs are upstairs. The bathroom was on 1st floor. The kitchen was perfectly adequate with pots/pans/dishes/utensils/coffee pot and the grill was a Blackstone.
