Tucked away in a quiet corner of Hawley Beach, this modern 4 bedroom home is your perfect getaway. Just steps from the beach and nature trails, it’s made for mornings filled with salty air and afternoons around the firepit. Whether you’re hitting the nearby golf course, sipping wine at local vineyards, or grabbing coffee at a local café, everything’s close and easy. With plenty of space, a great kitchen, and spacious lounges, you’ll feel right at home and ready to explore Tassie’s North West.  
  
You’ll have plenty of room to settle in — with a double garage and extra parking out front for additional cars, a boat, or all your beach gear, getting in and out is a breeze.  
  
Step inside and you’re welcomed by sleek, polished concrete floors that guide you into the heart of the home. Just off the entry is the master bedroom — a peaceful retreat featuring a super king bed, walk-in robe, and a modern ensuite stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer for your convenience.  
  
Next, you’ll find a second lounge — a cosy, private space with a smart TV and soundbar, ideal for quiet time, kids' movies, or a little extra room to spread out.  
  
The open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the hub of the home — light-filled, stylish, and made for relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything, with a double oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, and even a sushi-making kit for those who feel inspired. The large island bench with four bar stools is perfect for casual meals or a glass of wine while cooking. The six-seater dining table sits beside two sliding doors that open out to the backyard, bringing the outdoors in.  
  
The main living area offers a comfy couch, smart TV, a selection of books and games, and easy access to the outdoor space — where you’ll find a generous backyard, complete with a built-in concrete firepit (with cushions for extra comfort) and an outdoor dining table for six. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach.  
  
The remaining three bedrooms — one with a queen bed, one with a double, and one with two singles (which also includes a sliding wardrobe), are conveniently located near the main bathroom, which features a bathtub, separate shower, and more thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay.  
  
The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, iron, and ironing board, and opens out to the backyard.  
  
Heating and cooling, and all the extras you need are here to make your stay easy and enjoyable — whether you're visiting for a family holiday, a relaxing escape, or a work trip.  
  
From golf courses and cellar doors to scenic walks and beachfront cafés, everything is just around the corner. Woolworths, IGA, hair salons and bakeries are all within a convenient two-minute derive. This stylish, easy-going home is the perfect base to experience the charm of Hawley Beach and the very best of Tasmania’s North West Coast.  
  
Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the kitchen pantry, which is used for cleaner’s storage. But don’t worry - there’s plenty of cupboard space in the kitchen for all your food and supplies.
