The apartment has an enclosed garden courtyard off the lounge area as well as a separate courtyard off the main bedroom which contains a queen sized bed with tasteful furnishings and built-ins as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has two singles with built-ins and a ceiling fan as well. The bathroom is of a good size and there is also a separate toilet. The living area is fully tiled and furnished with modern lounge and dining suites. This lovely room opens out through sliding glass doors onto a delightful enclosed garden courtyard, a perfect place for lazy lunches or just relaxing with a cup of coffee. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped and includes dishwasher and bench level cook top and oven. The main bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and fan and opens out onto the back courtyard. Bedroom two has two single beds and a fan, and also opens out to the courtyard. The beautiful bathroom has a shower and vanity, and there is a separate toilet nearby. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom area, with a clothesline in the back courtyard. Shared BBQ facilities are located in the common area. There's also an outdoor shower which is handy when coming back from the beach. Perhaps due to lockdown for COVID it had been shut up however managing agent should have had cleaners check before leasing. Floors had been mopped with a dirty mop. Insect screen missing from living room.
