Perfectly positioned, just a stroll from the beach and the river. Within minutes of shops, medical centre, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy this home away from home, with all the modern conveniences. Ducted air conditioning and fans throughout. NBN high speed internet. Two separate work spaces (desk, chair), one with monitor, mouse and keyboard. Bed 1 - Master suite with king bed, WIR, en suite and balcony to catch the breeze. Bed 2 - Queen room with smart TV and built in robe. Bed 3 has 3 single beds with smart TV and built in robe. Property has 3 modern bathrooms including a bathtub plus an outdoor shower for washing off after a dip at the beach. Open plan living with 50 inch smart TV, DVD player, retro gaming consoles and a Bluetooth wireless speaker. Extendable dining table for bigger families. Full laundry with washer, dryer, laundry sink and iron with ironing board. Entertaining is easy in the gorgeous open plan kitchen and large breakfast bar adjacent to the spacious living area. The kitchen is well appointed with oven and gas stove, fridge, dishwasher, pod coffee machine, microwave, blender, and air fryer along with a generous range of utensils, cookware and crockery. The front door opens out to the large leafy al fresco deck with a BBQ and outdoor dining and lounging options on offer in the private enclosed deck and garden. The kids will love the boardgames, gaming consoles and cubby house. This property is in a quiet street between the river and beach, and in close vicinity to popular restaurants and cafes. Linen service provided including sheets and towels. Important Points \-We accept a maximum of 7 guests. \-Sheets, pillow slips, duvets, bath towels and body wash supplied, you need to bring your own beach towels and other toiletries etc. \-Strict no smoking, pets or party or function policy. \-Please clean the BBQ if you use it. Internal of property was fine but outside needed pest control, cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Garden furniture covered in spider webs, decks covered in garden litter and windows/sliding doors needed cleaning. Location great and port so much potential if maintained. If port is looked after by agent I would be changing. If owner won’t spend money to maintain then remove from stayz as I have never stayed in anything as poorly maintained outside. ##### Leanne C. Jan 23, 2026 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy We were utterly disappointment by the state of this property, conidering the price we paid.Firstly, the driveway is shared wih the house at the front, we had to get the neighbour to move his car to enter the driveway. Only one car can park in front of the house. The driveway was a mess - with massive piles of leaf litter everywhere. Entering the yard it was getting worse - the place do not look at all like the photos. It looks neglected. The house was full of massive spider webs with dead and alive spiders on the wall and ceiling, a dead cockroach was lying by the dinner table. It was clear that this place hasn't been properly cleaned for months. When we pulled the curtain in the main bedroom, the entire curtain rod came off the wall - it was clearly missing supports. The main bedroom's shower had no shower screen, with water pooling on the floor with every shower - this was a major slip hazard. The beds were stiff and highly uncomfortable to sleep on. There were thick piles of dust in the corners and under the bed - we were really disgusted by the filthiness of the place. It is a disgrace that an estate agent can charge over 3k for a place like this. ##### Amna R.
