This unit proudly features: • 1 BD / 1BA (king- master and living room sofa sleeper) • Air-conditioning (Individual AC units are on timers for up to 6 hour increments) • Ocean Views from the lanai • Fully Equipped Kitchen (NO OVEN, Stovetop Burner) • Washer/Dryer • WIFI in the condo • Spacious with 700 sq.ft of living space • One level (must use stairs to access front door) • Sandy beach with easy access Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. There are turtles to watch and in whale season, whales to watch. However, the unit we stayed in had unnecessary bushes that blocked the view of the ocean. In addition, the bed needs a new mattress as it has a hump in the middle and two divots on each side. ##### Renee S. Parking onsite tight but free and close to the unit. Nice pool and small sandy beach great for swimming and snorkeling and we even saw turtles. Well maintained gardens include a herb garden that we made use of. TV, WiFi and AC all worked. ##### Fiona S. Pros: The Beach and BBQ facility were absolutely fantastic. The location was pretty good. Cons: There wasn't much beach gear for things to do. We wound up renting gear. The gear that was left was old and not great quality. The beach towels were good. My biggest complaint was waking up 20-30 minutes after the timer on the AC ends to run it back on. (it only runs for 6 hours) The only really big complaint was it was VERY annoying hitting my head on the left-over bar in the shower a couple of times because some one is to lazy to take the bar out from the old shower sliding glass door(the sliding glass door is not longer there. Just a random bar about a foot below the shower curtain rod.). ##### Dave M. Pool, beach, good air conditioning, kitchen, washer/dryer. Easy living. There is not much of an ocean view from the unit, but you don't have to walk far out the door to get one! My sister and nephews stayed in the condo a few doors down. The three year old loved the baby pool, geckos, and beach. ##### Lauren V. Séjour de 5 nuits en août 2019
