You couldn\`t be closer to everything this delightful fishing village has to offer. Tucked away on a private road just a moment’s walk from the harbour, restaurants, pubs, independents shops and Pembrokeshire Coast Path. Built for two with all you need to create your ultimate cosy getaway on the St. Davids Peninsula. Enter the cottage into the fully equipped kitchen, with gas hob, washer/dryer, small fridge/freezer and a bright dining space. The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering stay; rustle up a hearty supper or relaxed breakfast, with coffee from the Nespresso coffee machine, and enjoy your meal around the dining table together. Step through the oak cottage door into the cosy living room with a comfy corner sofa. It\`s the perfect spot to crash out and watch Netflix on the Smart TV or enjoy a good book or board game. The sofa converts into a double sofa bed providing sleeping space for up to 4 people in the Bothy. The ground floor also includes the downstairs bathroom with the spacious walk-in shower, basin and heated towel rail. Head upstairs, to find the cosy double bedroom with ensuite WC and plenty of clothes storage. The Velux window gives views over the garden and woodland behind, and being on a quiet lane; you\`re sure to have a peaceful night\`s sleep. Heading outside, you\`ll find the garden patio area located on the first tier of the garden with a dining area and access to the built-in bbq for Summer nights eating Al fresco. Y Bothy includes free parking with a permit to the local carpark just a 2-minute walk away. There\`s plenty of space to load and unload outside of the property for easy access. \- We welcome two well-behaved dogs per booking \- Y Bothy has Wi-Fi throughout (31mbps download, 10.3mbps download) \- Permit provided for one car in the local car park. \- 12 mins drive to St David\`s \-Please note, that linen is not provided for the sofa bed unless extra guests are booked.
