« We had a lovely stay at The Pug House with 7 people and 3 dogs — the cottage was clean, well-equipped, and the partially enclosed yard was a nice bonus for our pets. « Advantages and Disadvantages of Staying at This Cottage: Advantages: - Beautiful scenery - Short distance to the grocery store (small town) Disadvantages: - The cottage is rural and not connected to the municipal water supply. « My family stayed here over Easter weekend and enjoyed our visit. The area is beautiful and the property is nice, since it was still chilly we enjoyed watching the birds on the water from inside. Unfortunately, the wi-fi was down almost our whole visit which apparently was out of the owners control. My only other complaints would be that the main floor was chilly as there is only 2 vents in the main area. The property manager was under the impression that there was electric baseboard heaters...

« Cottage is bright and cosy, with lots of water views from the front windows. Very well equipped both indoors and outdoor needs. The water in the cove is beautiful, like glass in the mornings. Great location - no more than 20 minutes in all directions from places we wanted to explore. Easy communication with property management. Great find! »

« The place was great and secluded. Communication with Carrie was great and the location was right where we wanted to be. There was only wifi at the cottage so make sure you download the instructions and key code before you get there.Had an awesom time! 5 stars for sure. »

« We really enjoyed our holiday at Avalon! The host met us to explain the property, and a little "Father's Day" cup with chocolates was waiting for my husband. Family visited us one day for a celebration and everyone loved the cottage. My son was all for booking it next year again. A few people have shown interest when we talked about our experience. Beautiful cottage, small but just perfect for a lake holiday. All the ammenities etc. were outstanding & beds super comfy. Would definitely rent...
