Wir haben statt der beworbenen gemeinschaftlichen Terrasse einen mit Gras bewachsenen Freisitz mit „Steinmöblierung“ neben der FeWo vorgefunden. Der Freisitz ist erreichbar, wenn man entweder über den Park-/Müllplatz der Nachbarn oder auf dem öffentlichen Gehweg um das Haus geht. Eine Terrasse ist ein Freisitz mit festem Bodenbelag. Man erreicht sie direkt von dem Inneren des Gebäudes. Die Einrichtung ist von einfacher Qualität. Es gibt Hocker statt Stühle. Die Matratzen bestehen aus Spiralfedern und kaum Topper. Sie liegen auf Metallrohren. Die Küchenausstattung ist rudimentär. Der Backofen war ungereinigt. Die Mikrowelle fehlte. Ein Schrank fehlte. Die vorhandene Abstellfläche war durch eine Vielzahl von „Accessoires“ verstellt. Die vielen unangenehm riechenden Duftsäckchen etc. haben wir wegen Hustenreiz entfernt. Die Fewo ist tagsüber von Bäumen beschattet. Die Beleuchtung (wenige Lampen mit eher weißem Licht) erzeugen keine Aufenthaltsqualität. Nicht erfolgte „Kleinreparaturen“: Defekte/nicht mehr vorhandene Fliegennetze, defekter Wasserhahn im Bad, schlecht zu öffnende Eingangstür, die verdreckte WC-Brüste haben wir wechseln müssen. Auf den Fotos vom Badezimmer zum Zeitpunkt des Buchens dieser FeWo (Dezember 24) erkennt man bei genauerem Hinsehen einen Wasserschaden. Dieser Wasserschaden hat sich auch auf den Flur ausgeweitet (Putz/Farbe bröselt teilweise).
