Hôtel bien situé a 30 minutes de la Havane , navette gratuite certain jour Chambre spacieuse très confortable. Animation au top malgré le peu de moyen. All inclusive, bonne surprise, les critiques sont injustifiées vu le contexte.

Great hotel and my first time there but, very loud guests each night until way after 12. This should not be permitted on the property. It sounded like a very large and rowdy crowd every evening. I won’t be going here again.

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Insgesamt war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in dieser Anlage. Es gab zu allen Mahlzeiten ein reichhaltiges und leckeres Buffet. Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem riesigen Bett. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war immer höflich und auf unser Wohlbefinden bedacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very upset
I have to admit that it was one of the best hotels I have visited in Cuba, the only thing that made my stay dirty was the treatment of a character that according to him is the Head of shift who was working the night of February 28 2020, then I show his photo . This person with a declared courage to humiliate me, saw himself decomposing and verbally assaulted me, creating in me a total discomfort in the rest of my stay. Thank you for everything else and honestly it is a shame that people like this join the work of a whole team.

No so good ,My husband had to call The hotel 3 times prior to arrival to confirm reservations, because the person who handled that , was no there at that time , or computer problems! , even though the arrival day we had to wait because they couldn’t find the reservation. Our room appliances (hair dryer and iron,didn’t work, I think they had electric problems , room dated, Make sure you bring soap with you , they don’t replace it Food good enough keeping in mind we was in Cuba but cold, Restaurant personnel, need to be ask several times to refill drinks or bring water,because they was to busy gossiping Nice beach . 50% of all rooms are on ground floor. These have a severe problem with humidity, mold, and foul smell. They need to be renovated.

In comparison with reviews on other hotels - this is a perfect place to have a seaside stay in Cuba - not too far away from Havana airport and city center like Varadero. Very good food in restaurant, maybe choice limited, but quality - ok. 24 hours AI bar in lobby. Big pool and nice beach.

THE WORST The phone number on file didn’t work when I tried to get to the hotel. Bad odour in the room. Bugs everywhere in the room Lots of staff don’t speak English Entertainment is not in English I asked for extra blankets but did not get any so I caught a cold/flu sleeping in coldness. No free drinkable water in the room. Broken AC, hairdryer. No soundproof. No refund when I checked out ealier.

Realmente me quede muy sorprendida , porque antes de ir estuve mirando reseñas muy negativas de este hotel y para mi sorpresa todo fue maravilloso, personal altamente carismático siempre con deceos de hacer que te sintieras a gusto estuve 4 noches en este hotel y ni una ves se repitió la comida todo exquisito, los dulces una maravilla, las camareras mejor no nos podían dejar la habitación era tres habitaciones de mi familia y todos quedamos encantados sin dudas en marzo regreso , pues mi hijo tiene 6 años me pidió que en su cumpleaños lo lleve a ese hotel de nuevo , los chicos de animación súper en fin , estoy feliz de mis vacaciones

What I loved the most about this hotel was the friendliness of the staff. With a few exceptions, almost everybody was caring and showed a genuine concern about our stay. The rooms were very comfortable, all utilities were running in perfect conditions: hot water, air conditioner, etc. The restaurant had an ample variety of food. The 24 hr open bar was really good, drinks and service. The entertainment activities were various as well, day and night. Access to the beach is very easy, although the conditions of the connecting bridge are not the best. We loved the beach with its transparent water, and we even took a trip on the catamaran. Our 3 day stay was very pleasant. My family and I enjoyed it and we are looking forward to coming back again next year. Thank you!!!

Todo bien salvo dos cosas importantes: 1- No habia agua corriente en el hotel al llegar y ademas se cortaba contínuamente por períodos largos incluso muchas horas y noches enteras. 2- No hay servicio de Wifi en las habitaciones, solo en el Lobi pero muy deficiente y de pago. Tan deficiente que estuvimos incomunicados con España. Por todo esto, muy mal.

Our experience was NO good at all. Fortunately, we were just for a night. The entrance is at 2:30pm. They didnt allow us to have lunch in our first night because was "hotel politicy". Food variety is very poor. Last day there was not water in the hole hotel. I really NO recommend this hotel.

Urlaub gerettet
Club Bravo Arenal hat unseren Kubaurlaub gerettet. Mussten vorher 2 Nächte im Atlantico verbringen. Die Zimmer, die gesamte Anlage und das Essen waren im Bravo Arenal um Welten besser. Die Brücke über die Lagune zum Strand müsste allerdings langsam renoviert werden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren die einzigen Deutschen da, das Hotel wird vorzugsweise von Kubanern, Italiern und Franzosen gebucht. Kostenloser Shuttle-Service nach Havanna (10:00 Uhr hin 16:30 Uhr zurück) wurde von Donnerstag bis einschließlich Sonntag angeboten. Ansonsten sehr gute Taxi Versorgung vor Ort (1 km = 1CUC…1Euro).
