Royal Moana Beachfront Estate in Jurassic Park movie site with an enclosed private beach, world's tallest sea cliffs, crystal-clear snorkeling reef, 3 beachfront jacuzzis in one of the most sought-after locations in the world, where a home can no longer be placed as close to the ocean as this home, therefore, this home cannot be recreated anywhere in the world. Located in the same preferred windward eastern side of the island, just like the Magnum P.I. mansion & Obama mansion built from 2015 to 2024.

PRICING & AVAILABILITY:
There is a large discount currently on the previous $4,000 average nightly rate. This beachfront estate used to rent for a $4,000 average nightly rate before switching exclusively to ONLY monthly rentals in order to comply with Hawaii's strict 30-day minimum-stay rental law. You can stay for less than 30 days, but a reservation for this legal rental has to be made for 30 days or more, and the reservation will not be prorated on a daily basis.

LOCATION:
This estate with fresh tranquil bliss is located on the same preferred windward eastern side of the island, just like the Magnum P.I. mansion and the Obama mansion built from 2015 to 2024. Similar Oahu properties without any enclosed private beach rent for $120K to $150K per month. This estate is located only 10 minutes from the island's two biggest tourist attractions, the Polynesian Cultural Center, and the Kualoa Ranch, where all the Jurassic Park movies, Magnum P.I. series, and tons of other movies were filmed.

The estate is perched on a magnificent promontory on Hawaii's best snorkeling reef with panoramic 360-degree views of a crystal-clear ocean, Jurassic Park Movie mountains, secluded cove, an enclosed seawalled private beach with 25 patio-set chairs, 7 two-person hammocks, 3 top-of-the-line beachfront jacuzzis, the home's beachfront garden called the Garden of Eden, and beachfront gazebo with gym.

Thoughtfully designed home was fully remodeled this year with all modern luxury amenities to host large corporate or family retreats. Top-of-the-line new luxury furniture, furnishings, electronics, marble-finish premium flooring, space-age fixtures, appliances, in-wall soundproofing for Zen-like privacy, and a new roof with solar panels.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
The home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with individual outdoor access. In total, there are 3 California-King beds in 3 bedrooms, and 1 Queen bed in one bedroom. There are 3 Queen sofa sleepers in the living room and office area. The Master Suite has 2 bedrooms separated by a latched door that share a bathroom - one bedroom has a California King bed, and the other bedroom has a Queen bed with a kitchenette. All beds have top-of-the-line memory foam mattresses for what may be the most comfortable night of sleep that you will ever experience. Let the ocean breeze and the sound of the soft waves fill your senses throughout the night.

Home has 3 beachfront jacuzzis. The home's own backyard is a waist-deep snorkeling reef, just 60 feet from the home's beachfront garden and right in front of the home's very own enclosed private beach.

RARE PRISTINE BEACHFRONT WITH A PRIVATE BEACH AND COVE:
Turtle Point is a shallow stretch of crystal-clear water that is just perfect! During turtle season, endangered Hawaiian turtles and monk seals have found this to be an ideal nursing ground to raise their young and often come in within a few feet of the seawall. The clear waters lend itself to snorkeling, kayaking & swimming. The ocean is about waist deep and teeming with live corals, multicolor tropical fishes & turtles. You can climb in to swim with the turtles, or just lounge and enjoy them from just a few feet away. During whale season, mother whales and their calves pass right outside the reef in deeper water and offer the perfect photo opportunity. Walk down the stairs from the beachfront garden to the home's private beach area. The dynamic seashore will provide varied experiences, from a frontage saltwater pool for relaxation to an expansive sandy beach to explore. During king tides, the private beach can also be used as a bathtub for a couple of hours. We recommend using the Nautide app to check the tide times because the sand depth changes with tides, seasons & ocean swells. Children build their sand castles in the private beach area inside the seawall. The crystal clear water is waist deep for 200 meters in the coral reef. The extremely rare and great feature of our home is that it has its own private beach area within a seawall having private steps to the ocean. Irrespective of the high swells and high tides, you always have the home's private beach area with 30 patio-set chairs, 7 hammocks, and that very same public beach's sand within the home's seawalled private beach area too. This home's beachfront garden and seawalled private beach area are always useable throughout the year for sunbathing where the children of our previous guests have built their sand castles, and it is also better for the safety of children. In front of the seawalled private beach area, there is a public beach with water that is only waist-deep with ocean wave breakers that are 200 meters away into the ocean, thereby enabling crystal-clear water in the natural protective snorkeling reef right in front of the home. Most guests prefer higher tides up against the seawall because it enables more privacy by having the home's seawalled private beach area and the waist-deep natural protective snorkeling reef all to yourself with no beachgoers in the public beach that is in front of the seawall. During high swells and high tides, there is a mellow swim area and a mile-long secluded secret beach about 60 meters away to the right of the home (to the south). That nearly mile-long secret beach is always secluded because it has no public car parking.

Ideal North Oahu Property
Our family of 6 spent 4 wonderful nights in this beautiful oceanfront home. This unique property sits right on the ocean, and at low tide there is a great walkable beach for snorkeling, and anything you want. At high tide, the water crashes into the sea wall providing wonderful ambiance and sleeping sound. It’s also great for fishing if you enjoy that. For me, the backyard is the star of this show. Lush soft grass, super inviting hammocks, chairs galore, and a sturdy covered table perfect for sitting by the sea. There’s also a cool hot tub, though we never used it. All sorts of water toys are on site for guest use. It’s a great backyard. The house itself is oddly laid out in a charming way, and provides 3 separate bedrooms, one of which contains 2 beds if that’s needed. The home is immaculately clean, and the kitchen and living room are wonderful. We loved this house. The location is GREAT for exploring both the Northshore and the Honolulu area. It’s in a quiet area with many food options and markets. Nearby is the popular and must do attraction, The Polynesian Cultural Center. That site also has many food options and fun shopping. But the best part of all with this rental? The host, Bonnie Wooten. She’s the best host I’ve had using VRBO. I’ve never had a bad one, but she far exceeded even the good. You just have to experience her excellence yourself to understand. She loves her job and guests, and provides a great experience. Thanks Bonnie!

nice place - NOT North Shore
Very nice place. beach is OK, not great. Posting had said it was north shore, very close to Turtle Bay. It is neither. It is on the northern side of the island and location is pretty convenient. Very clean. Hot tub didn't work, AC in one of the rooms didn't work. Manager did a great job with communication and an end around solution that was workable for AC while we were there.

An Escape to Paradise
If you want to escape to paradise, this is the property you want. It is a beautiful property that just feels like home. Super comfy space and the best nights sleep away from home we have ever had. The private sand area was the best spot to play with our niece and my son enjoyed snorkeling for the first time in the ocean right outside our back door. A little slice of heaven!
This property was perfect for our family of 6! Bonnie is absolutely delightful and made everything super easy during our entire stay (including check in and check out). Our family sat out by the beach wall and enjoyed beautiful sunrises each morning. We particularly enjoyed all the amenities out in the yard, such as the hot tub & outdoor shower (which was amazing). The home is beautiful, spacious & fully stocked with everything you need. It’s located in a beautiful (and safe) area and close to supermarkets, food trucks, and all sorts of activities (like the Polynesian Cultural Center, Kualoa Ranch & many beautiful beaches). You cannot go wrong booking this home. We spent a beautiful & relaxing week here and everyone from the adults to the kids loved it! Thank you Bonnie for creating such a wonderful experience for guests & thank you for the delicious passion fruit jelly (so thoughtful!).

Nice ocean front property
Property is in a beautiful location. Unfortunately there was no beach during our stay the tide was high. The views were very nice, the property was clean and had everything we needed. We were 3 couples and 2 children under 5. The weather wasn’t great while we were there but we were able to go find sun on most days within a 20 minute or so drive. The road in front of the property is quite busy and it should be noted that at least during our time there, Feb 23-Mar 6 the restaurants and food trucks were all closed by 6:30 pm. Overall the property is nice and on the ocean with beautiful views.
