"A breathtaking scenery. Beautiful home. We travelled with small children. The hike to the house was a challenge. Every time we made it to the house we felt it was worth it. Be prepared to climb quite a distance by foot on a narrow path. There is lots to do in San Marcos and the neighbouring towns of San Juan and Panajachel are a must visit. Overall a beautiful place with a beautiful view. "

He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. "I chose this place because it is close to my extended family so we could visit them easily. The house is very spacious and has three rooms, just as described. The children enjoyed the house as did the adults. The jacuzzi tub is a nice addition as well. Overall, getting to the house was easy and the guarding as well as the owner were easy to contact. I would stay here again! Thank you!"

"I truly loved my stay here. It exceeded my expectations. The amenities were amazing, from the complimentary breakfast to direct lake access with included kayaks. Being able to bring my pet along made it even better! The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The rooms were beautiful, very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay. The property itself is stunning. Perfect for spending time outdoors, connecting with nature, and taking in the peaceful views. The free breakfast was traditional, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!"
