"Malgré le côté hôtelier convenable (salon, bar, chambre), un établissement à éviter. Le client à l'air d'ennuyer profondément tout le personnel. Une insonorisation de piètre qualité faisant qu'on prend sa douche avec ses voisins ! et que tous les bruits vous arrivent aux oreilles dans votre chambre. Malgré une réservation faite au restaurant, nous avons été sommés d'aller au fast food (cf photo) du premier étage sous prétexte de restaurant comble alors qu' une table était libre et l' était encore, avec 2 autres, quand nous sommes sortis. Enfin, une propreté générale matérielle (cf photos) et du personnel laissant à désirer."

"This hotel is cute, well located in downtown Helensburgh facing the Clyde. It's a "boutique" hotel so there's a lot of nice decoration items. The room itself is well decorated and there's even a vinyl record player with some vinyl discs. The bed in our double room was maybe a bit tiny but it's okay for 1 night. The front desk staff is nice. We had a reservation for the restaurant at 8:45pm but when we got there we were told that the kitchen closed at 8pm (it was Saturday night). Too bad, but there are other options to have dinner nearby. The breakfast was good though! We had a really nice price through hotels.com We definetly recommend Riva Hotel"
