« This property is beautiful and very clean. The location is perfect. We enjoyed every part of the property. The pool, pier, kayaking, bicycling and the boat dock. A lot of fishing off that boat dock and searching for manatees. We were very exciting when we saw a couple of manatees! Love Placencia and Sunset Pointe! »

« Beautiful setting with very helpful and pleasant staff. The setting was perfect. We spent many hours sitting on our patio watching the sunrise or just reading. (Bring bug repellent) It is a fifteen minute drive to Placencia Village, so keep that in mind. You will need a golf cart or a car during your stay. « I’m a very easy-going person and I’m understanding of one-offs and little issues, it can actually make travel fun and memorable. This trip caused nothing but stress. The local staff actually got us a coffee maker on day 2 (ours was missing on arrival, though our friends’ unit had theirs so it wasn’t a big deal). The grounds and the pool are all beautiful and well maintained. The home was fairly well stocked, though the place says it sleeps 4-6 and there were only enough dishes for 4. « Great house, right on the ocean. Our kids were all stung by jellyfish plus with the seaweed we ended up utilizing the pool a good bit rather than swimming in the ocean. The paddle boards were great to have. The location is about 25 mins from Placencia Village, where the majority of good restaurants and grocery stores are.
