Nice big pool!
Convenient location. There's a big mall across the road, with plenty of shops, restaurants and supermarket. It is also near a few night bazaars. The hotel rooms are large and airy. It has a large rooftop pool that I can actually swim laps in! The reception girls were also very helpful — one of them really helped me out when no Grab driver was willing to pick me up from an out-of-the-way temple. However, it would be great if staff, especially at the front desk, could be given conversational English lessons to improve service, since there are many guests who don't speak Thai.

Newer wing has more power socket and bath tub. However water from bath tub not hot the day I using it. Most disappointing is the wifi throughout 3 days stay the wifi is very very weak and could connect to my phone and tablet. I was on the 6floor towards the last few room. Upset as not able to play my online game and watch u tube.

Otrevlig personal i receptionen väldigt dåligt internet ville ha ett extra täcke då skulle det kosta 300 bath per natt extra för ac gick inte att justera allt eller inget. Kall och tråkig frukost prövade olika tider 7.00/9.30 . Detta är inget hotell att rekommendera borde vara Max 2⭐️ 😡

Just stayed for 2 nights 3 rooms there,,front desk staff friendly allowed us to checked in earlier, thank you so much. But location a bit distance from city center need to take grab car or tuk tuk. Opposite hotel there is central shopping mall the biggest in Hatyai.

Still look new and clean after more than 5 years. Shopping mall just opposite and walkable to Asean market. The downside are, required tuk tuk to downtown and it is not cheap as many tuk tuk refused to come due to busy traffic.

Hotel is new and clean, different room type to cater for group/family/couples; breakfast was great. Only thing is hard to get a tuktuk and cost a bomb to travel to town. Indeed it is not a convenience place to stay for tourists. Still a distance to walk to greenway night markets, no massage nearby and no 7 eleven. It is quiet in the morning and night.

Accommodation i will rate it 8/10. Daily breakfast has not much variety (5/10).Counter staffs are not versatile in English (7/10) whereby we would need to use goggle translation. Other than a big shpg mall opp the hotel, walking distance less than 8mins, there are no shops at the surrounding.

Sweep your room
Was a nice hotel with great service. Nice bar/restaurant area but only downside was the room which was a little dirty. Looked to not have been swept properly with hair and dust on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Not too bad though. Nice swimming pool, but getting drinks was a little slow as bar was closed so the attendant had to keep running to the bar downstairs to bring the drinks.

For the price, I expected more. The rooms were small with few amenities. Very basic setup for such a large hotel that does banquets, weddings, etc. The only useful feature is that it's across the street from a shopping center with plenty of food. There is just nothing I can say that was good about the stay

It's not near town but the saving grace is that it's opposite Central Festival which provides an excellent shopping experience. Cleanliness is definitely a plus point with this hotel. The pool and gym seems kind of waste as not many guests are using. The breakfast spread is mediocre at best as the selection doesn't change much. Otherwise this is an ideal hotel for those who doesn't like crowd and just want a peaceful stay in Hatyai.

Few unique that is different from other hotels i visited with Expedia booking. They charge a 5yr old for breakfast They take room deposit by only cash I stayed level4, the ballroom’s music was clearly heard and made my night till 12am! And they cant do anything about it. The Expedia message to hotel, they dun even reply, not sure if thats even something they use or work with

Toilet condition not perfect but acceptable. Staff very helpful and cheerful. Location was not in downtown Hatyai but very convenient as it is along the main arterial road and just opposite Central Hatyai. Walkable distance to ASEAN and Greenway Night Market

Modern, clean, spacious and comfortable hotel
Check-in was smooth and on time. Unlike what I have previously read on the review, the receptionist is polite and speak basic English. Deposit has to be in cash (1000 baht) though. Room is very clean, modern, spacious, brightly lit. Bathroom is very big with a bath tub and a separate showering area. TV is Samsung (50 inches) with over 80 channels. I chose this hotel over those at Lee Garden area because I find the hotels in that area relatively old. Breakfast is sumptuous with good quality food (tom yum noodle, fried rice, siew mai, corn buns etc). Hotel varies the breakfast choices over different days which I thought is quite thoughtful unlike some other hotels serving the same breakfast every day. The only thing not so nice about the breakfast is the sitting arrangements. There are no smaller tables (basically all are round banquet tables for 10 person). If you wake up late, you will have to sit with strangers in a big table. Hotel location is accessible, with Central Festival just across the road and two night markets nearby ( 10 mins walk). The sound proofing for this hotel is not very good though. The room door is very thin (don't think it is fire proof) and we can hear people conversing along the corridor quite clearly. The room window is also not sound proofed. We can hear passing motorbike noise and also rooster (from house beside hotel) crowing in the morning. Overall very pleased with this hotel and will stay again if ever visit Hat Yai in future.

The day we went to this hotel had several wedding parties, and you knew what that meant no parking space, did not allow to use a swimming pool until 1 pm of next day that is after check-out time. The room is smaller than expected. Breakfast is below average. I used to rest at this hotel before Central mall was built and the price was 800 baht, right now is 1800 baht . You will be asked to place 1000 baht cash at the reception and they will return when you leave. Overall is kind of disappointment.

The hotel was clean.The room was big and spacious.Bathroom was well maintained.Staff at the reception counter were friendly and helpful but not so proficient in their English Language.The biggest plus point was that the hotel was directly opposite a big shopping mall with alot of retail shops that made shopping and dining easier for the customers. The main negative point was that most of their channels were in Thai Language that made it difficult for non Thai speaking people like us to undersatand.
