« Lors de la réservation j’avais demandé 2 lits simples, j’ai finalement eu un lit double. Impossibilité de me changer de chambre car l’hôtel était complet, ce que je peux comprendre. Mais attendre 3 heures pour qu’on nous apporte un oreiller et une couette afin de dormir sur le canapé je trouve ça un peu limite. L’organisation est à revoir dans cet établissement! »

« Aucune demande de changer les serviettes, elles ont été changées tous les jours, il en manquait une le dernier jour. un roulot de papier WC retrouvé par terre dans la chambre. manque un joint sur la vitre de la baignoire, du coup les douches inondent la sdb. la baignoire et le lavabo ne sont jamais lavés. »

"A hotel stay is supposed to be a relaxing and restful experience, ideally a welcoming one. Here, I found the complete opposite. The reception, which used to be perfectly normal, has been replaced by an intrusive tablet-like computer system. There were many problems with check-in upon arrival, with the staff practically questioning my honesty. And be warned, the hotel doesn't accept cash either! Unbelievable. The next day, I wasn't on the list of guests allowed to have breakfast, despite having paid beforehand. The staff were unhelpful. A very unpleasant stay."
