The beds were not comfortable, very hard mattresses, the ensuite bathroom had mold all over the vanity baseboard and the spindles on the stairwell were loose or came right off upon touch (which our 3 year highlighted for us upon arrival) Don't get me wrong, the location is wonderful (easy walk downtown, short 10 min walk to Banks Beach and the Wychmere Beach Club). We stayed Labor Day weekend and wanted to avoid 3-night hotel minimums so this was our best option. ##### Victoria L. Beach is not a far walk, ( but apply early for passes, as there not public. Close to Wychmere Beach Club if you are going to a event there.
