Place is old (1774) so floors are uneven, staircase steep and narrow but bathroom while dated is sufficient and shower is strong with plenty of hot water. Patrick, Annie and Damien do sunch a fantastic job and we could rate this place any higher. Just remember, we are talking abount a building that was built in 1773! There will alway be a few quirky think that pop up, but this is so much cooler than staying at one of the overpriced inns in Chatam. Their rates are very affordable for being on the Cape.
