First time here. I had never been to Cap Cod, so I researched places to stay, and the 'Wequassett Resort' kept coming up. I read the reviews from guests, and everything was positive, so I booked our stay there. Wow, very nice! It's beautiful, clean and the employees are well dressed, professional and very nice! We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort, the service was outstanding and the landscape breathtaking! However, the noise coming for the room upstairs did not let us sleep, you could literally hear even the footsteps! Also, the parking situation was horrible! They constantly have events at this resort and they don't have a parking area for these events, so the people coming for these events or just to dine at the restaurants take the parking spots of the guess staying at the hotel, therefore, instead of finding a parking spot infant of your room you have to go around and around the property trying to find parking and park very far away. This was extremely inconvenient for us with a young child.

Fantastic place to relax and recharge. We visited off season (early April) and resort was still getting ready for peak summer. We enjoyed the facility and staff was really great. Superb place to stay. Now we need to visit this place in summers or fall.

The service at the property was fantastic! From the restaurants to the pool, housekeeping, etc.. they are top notch. Food at 28 Atlantic & the pool cafe were also outstanding. Rooms were good, not great, but overall it's the best property on the Cape.

Enjoyed the gardens and the different varieties of plants , trees and flowers. Beach was great and easily accessible. Service was very good and the workers seemed to be happy with their job. Bathtub needs updating. Concierge was very helpful and responsive Restaurant food ( the bar and grill ) was average and not great value .

Almost a nice vacation
The property is lovely and secluded from the rest of the town, which is nice to have everything that you need within the enclave. Overall, we were looking for a destination within a few hour drive that would feel like an actual vacation. The property offered that, but we would likely not return. If you have children it seems to be great but if you are looking for a few days of down time - it is not this. The pool chairs are completely full by 10am, the pool is overrun by little kids (to the point where you can’t actually get in), and the service was clearly overworked and understaffed. Both restaurants were clearly lacking in quality ingredients due to COVID. We both had stomach aches after twenty-eight and would not recommend it to anyone. People were wearing masks, there was hand sanitizer everywhere, and social distancing was encouraged. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but I would recommend going elsewhere as the cost and quality don’t align.

This resort was amazing! Surprised my wife with a quick getaway for her birthday! Hands down, she said it was the best birthday of her life! Our bellmen Dave was the best, he’s one of the reasons we want to come back to this resort! Everything was absolutely perfect!

Do not stat in a lower level room. You will be able to hear everything up above. It was very loud. Beautiful place, but again very loud. There is no way the people at the propery dont know about this issue. You can hear walking, sneezing. Not conversations but conversations going on.
