An average -sized individual cannot turn around or raise their arms in this shower . Neither air conditioner cooled, and the one in the smaller bedroom made strange noises. In full disclosure, this property should be listed as noisy as it is extremely close to the highway The host did not answer my messages on the VRBO app. I had to call the VRBO helpdesk in order to get check-in instructions. We had a very comfortable stay here. The entire place was very clean. It was also very easy to find. Loved that parking was free and the location was close to Banff. It was nice to see that there was a variety of shampoos and body washes provided as well. Oh and the Keurig cups were magnificent. I would definitely recommend to stay here.
