Laundry is few and waiting and costs.The unit is very nice but the grounds keeper for snow was our main complaint and we therefore cancelled our visitThe owners were reasonable with us cancelling and leaving first night due to our complaints and fair money was returned I would recommend summer rental but not winter unless they have hired a better company for snow removal.Please update your description to alert travellers Thank you for hosting and understanding to make this right for us. ##### Sj C. This property was luckily open because it ended up being everything we needed. About a 15 minute drive to downtown Banff, and very accessible to the ski resorts in the area. The property was clean, easy check in. Want to come back up to the area in the summer and would definitely look to book here again! ##### Olen N.
