« It was a lovely flat with plenty of space but we were disappointed with the condition. The shower and toilet were very dirty and the sofa had all the seat cushion zips broken and the stuffing hanging out. Was not worth the money we paid and there was no welcome from the owners or information about local events etc. »

« I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!! »

« We were a party of four couples. Three had an ensuite bedroom, whilst the fourth couple had a separate upstairs area with their own private toilet and access to their own shower room at the bottom of their staircase. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions (before and after I booked). The beautiful house and location worked perfectly for a group of mature adults. We had everything we needed for a great weekend break. »

« The flat smelled terrible, it was incredibly noisy. I was awakened by the door bell in the middle of the night many times. Then they moved me to another unit where the shower drain was blocked and I couldn’t adjust the temperature water. I don’t recommend it at all. »

« Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. « The house is perfect for a getaway in the Weald. It was spotlessly clean. A nice welcome package with milk, cereal and tea made breakfast easy. Everything was in good nick. Recommend their pub The Kings Head in nearby Staplehurst. Also 50 minutes to London from there if you want no more beautiful countryside. »

« The house and its equipment are as described. Good communication with Jonathan who gave us useful places to visit before our stay and a welcoming basket at our arrival. The house is comfortable, clean and close to commodities. Several walking trails allow you to discover the surroundings. The train from Brighton to London Victoria is very convenient to visit London (one hour trip). We recommand the house and will come back with pleasure. »

« The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition).
