The whole building is newly refurbished to an ultra high standard. The apartment is modern and boasts a beautiful rear garden with contemporary high fencing. Comes with a smart tv, high thread count linen, a coffee machine & more. \- 2 minute walk into the town centre. \- 3 minute walk to the conference centre. \- Free parking less than 5 minutes away from the property. Discs provided for luggage loading. \- Within walking distances to Harrogate's most popular restaurants Walk into a brand new refurbished building containing 3 stunning airbnb purpose built apartments. Mayfield One is a beautiful and modern ground floor apartment on the door step Harrogate's town centre. Both bedrooms are filled ample amounts of natural daylight through the day and give you more than enough space to lounge, sleep and get ready for the day ahead. The beds and mattresses are of a premium quality and come with high thread count linen to match. The living area/kitchen area is open plan and leaves you with 4 important decisions to make. Relax, Cook, Eat or all of the above? The smart tv is loaded with everyday TV plus Netflix, you can also find some board games in the drawers. Pack your chefs hat because the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates and all the glassware you could possibly need to treat your loved ones or to dine alone. That can be enjoyed in the dining area that is set up and ready to go for you as soon as you arrive! Driving/Parking: We provide a disc that allows you to park outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours whilst you drop off your luggage. Train/Bus: The property is around a 7 minute walk from Harrogate's main train and bus station in town. Parking: We provide parking discs which allow you to park directly outside the front of the property for up to 2 hours. Neighbor hood close to town center for those able to walk a mile or so. However, too clse to town to interest Uber drivers who are inclined to ignore half mile rides! Second bedroom suitable for children with thin legs. Ovwrall a convenient, nicely decorated little unit for a short stay. ##### Neville P. The ease of check in and check out was easy. Where this flat fell short on was on these things:-patio table and chairs were dirty so we couldn’t sit outside -no paper towels and was only given 1.5 rolls of toilet paper for 3 days. I had to purchase more-laundry in the machine on arrival and no laundry tablets provided. Had to purchase. Otherwise the furnishings and cleanliness was good. Although I had to park the car for long term parking elsewhere, it wasn’t very far. ##### Laurie M.
