This home is in a beautiful mountain setting, and winter access requires planning. From Highway 97, the property is approximately ½ mile up a narrow dirt road that can become challenging in winter weather.



With snowfall over 6 inches, a capable 4WD vehicle with good ground clearance is strongly recommended. 2WD, low-clearance vehicles, and some AWD passenger cars may not safely access the property.



Mountain weather can change quickly. If forecasted or actual conditions reach 6+ inches of snow and make access unsafe, we’ll provide a 100% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before arrival.
