This detached apartment block, built in 2000 and surrounded by trees, comprises 3 apartments across 3 stories. Enjoy the shared garden, central heating system, and ample parking for 8 cars right at the property. Villa Klondajk is perfectly situated for exploring the region, with a shop just 200 meters away, a shopping center, bakery, and pedestrian zone within 10 meters, and the "Harrachov, U sklárny" bus stop merely 800 meters away. The property boasts a range of amenities, including internet WiFi, a tennis court, and the option of an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty to explore in the vicinity of Villa Klondajk. The skiing area is just 1 kilometer away, and walking paths begin right from the doorstep, a mere 10 meters away. Additionally, a cycle lane is within 100 meters of the property. For those interested in winter sports, the ski lift, ski rental, ski school, and children's ski school are all conveniently located 700 meters from the vacation rental.

There is also a bath/WC on this floor. On the 3nd upper floor, you will find an additional room with 1 double bed. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as the gallery or alcove.
