The grounds are meticulously maintained with a lush lawn for children to play and a stone path to the dock and waterside deck, a perfect place for the whole family to gather! When you walk through the door, you will find a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a wonderful home-cooked Maine meal, a dining room with a propane fireplace that opens to an elevated deck overlooking the ocean, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea, a living room with comfortable seating and a fireplace, a great sitting area to enjoy a good book, and a ground level family room with a TV and a new full bathroom with shower that opens to a path to the water. Upstairs on the second level, you will find the master bedroom with a full bathroom and plenty of closet space, another bedroom with closets, a third bedroom, and a shared full bathroom. On the third level, there are two small bedrooms. The ground floor, formerly offering a game room has been transformed into a 6th bedroom with queen bed and direct access to a full bathroom! You'll love all of the great places to gather, as well as the many quiet spaces to relax. It was spotlessly clean, had everything one may need and the house managers were very helpful and kind. The house is much nicer than it appears in the photos. The dock has a great place to sit on and there is a downstairs with a pool table and lovely sitting area. I am obsessive about cleanliness and in all honesty this might have been the cleanest house I have ever been in. Absolutely perfect. ##### Jennifer A.
