### Mingo Cove - Beautiful 6BR, 4BA home with panoramic views of Harpswell Sound

Welcome to Mingo Cove Getaway, a beautiful 6BR, 4BA home offering panoramic views of Harpswell Sound and 300ft of oceanfront for the perfect family retreat! You'll love the comfortable, inviting style enhanced by beautiful coastal décor. This southeasterly facing property offers unmatched sunrises over Harpswell Sound, as well as mature perennial gardens and a beautiful lawn leading you to the deck and stairs to the dock.  
  
The main floor offers an open floor plan with a well-appointed kitchen, sitting area, and sunken living room where all the family and guests can gather, opening to the four-season heated solarium with a large dining table, rocking chairs, and an entrance to the deck offering a gas grill and lobster cooker for a classic Maine feast. Three of the five bedrooms are located on the main floor, including a primary suite with a king bed and tiled shower, a second bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a queen bed, and a shared full bathroom with a shower at the end of the hall. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located on the ground level, one with a king bed and another with two twin trundle beds, along with a laundry area, full bath with a shower/tub combo, and a family room with a pool table and refrigerator. Last, but most certainly not least, a newly added Primary Suite (sixth bedroom) is located on the private second floor, offering a king bed, a shower and separate soaking tub, all opening to a large balcony with elevated views of Harpswell Sound-- truly picturesque. Take a rainy day and start a family challenge on the pool table in the family room, play board and trivia games at the large dining table in the solarium, gather on the deck for morning coffee, or go for a refreshing swim from the dock - the fun is endless!

Dogs under 35lbs are welcome (a pet fee does apply). More than one dog requires permission from host. If booking on VRBO click on "Travelers" box and check box by "I am traveling with pets."  
  
Please note - Living room fireplace, propane fireplace in second floor suite, and hot tub are not for guest use. Additionally, all solarium plants will be moved outdoors for the season. Thank you for your understanding.  
  
Important - If you plan to bring a boat for your stay, please let our office know prior to booking so we may discuss appropriate docking/boat launching. As a friendly reminder, the nearby High Head Yacht Club facilities are for Homeowners Only and guests are not permitted to use the yacht club boat launch, docks, parking, etc. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
