Enter this condo from your private entrance and stairway on Main Street between Trevor Furbay Fine Goods and Between The Covers Book Store. Once at the top of the stairs, you are welcomed by an open concept living area with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a large Smart TV and gas fireplace with a sliding door to the side deck with grill and two lounge chairs. From here you can access the stairs to the rooftop deck which has expansive views of the Harbor and downtown. From coffee at sunrise to a glass of wine at sunset, this is the best seat in town. The rooftop deck has a 4 person dining table with umbrella and two additional lounge chairs as well as a built in bench for extras. Back in the condo you'll find a hallway with a guest bedroom featuring two twin beds. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this property is great. The location can't be beat and the amenities are sufficient. A few issues with our stay - 1) the bed sheets in the master had stains; 2) the fireplace never properly worked during our stay, despite having a repairman come service it; 3) despite the welcome materials saying parking is not enforced on Main Street, we did receive a parking ticket the first night there.
