Being so close, it allowed us to be together, but also do our own thing at our own pace. The description online doesn't highlight how great the layout of the home is. It has a first floor master with full bathroom, bedroom and full bathroom in the basement, and three bedrooms upstairs (one is another master with full bathroom and the other two rooms are Jack & Jill sharing a full bathroom).
