« Wonderful hotel, great staff, clean comfortable large suite, excellent food, especially the club lounge, Peking duck at Shang Kitchen, and buffet breakfast. »

« Small error during the check-in process : on the number of nights of my stay and the fact that the room was already paid so they had to double-check twice. The room was quite spacious but may need a refresh. The food at the cafe (after 10pm) was very disappointing. The one at the chinese restaurant though was very good. Convenient since there is an ATM in the lobby. »

« Check in was fast and smooth. Staff was very professional and efficient . Everything was explained clearly and were very proactive in providing all necessary information . Room was fantastic but one flaw was when in the room if you are not on the hotel’s wifi, the phone signal is rather poor so that’s the only thing I would say that needs improvement . »

Great location near many good restaurants and a shopping mall. Bus to Harbin airport and local metro are both walkable, but not short walks, some local buses right there though. »

« The room was a bit on the older side and didn't feel overly maintained. Lots of the wallpaper was peeling. At least one ceiling tile was sagging low. The bed was very hard. It had low water pressure. The room itself was clean, and the hardwood furnite was quite nice. »

« The service that the staff in the restaurants provided was exceptional. There was some confusion at check in and check-out time - 5 am - but that was eventually sorted. »
