Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The room had a smell to it the entire weekend. The wine and cheese hour was fine, but clearly cheap products. They limit you to one plate at breakfast to “reduce food waste” and they serve it themselves. This “spa-like” hotel is pinching Pennie’s and you can tell as a guest.
