A games room with a billiards table, darts, and a high-top table, as well as benches for relaxing.  
A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a heated towel rail and hairdryer, and a mezzanine with a 140x190cm mattress.

A second bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4), ideal for children and/or teenagers, and a television.

A fourth bedroom: the 25m² master suite with a 160x190cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, a double sink vanity, and a television.
